We think you will appreciate it's benefits, and find it to be a useful and a great tool to keep you informed.

 

What is a patient portal?

A patient portal is a web-based communication tool that allows patients to interact and communicate with their health care providers. It allows you to:

Request appointments Access lab and other test results Access chart notes, clinical history and billing statementsReview medication and problem lists Access past and future appointment dates and times Send secure message to modify personal information Pay your bill online (we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) Communicate with clinical staff via secure messaging

In addition, we can also communicate with you via secure message for issues such as:

Disease management Clinical programs information Important health reminders Medication recalls Weather and other unforeseen office closure information Changes in our practice (new services, new providers, schedule changes) 

 

Current Patients You will need a temporary password to access the patient portal. If you have not received a temporary password you will have to call our office to active your patient portal access. Do you already have your temporary password? Login in at the top right hand corner using your temporary password. When you are in you will be prompted to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" to reset. 

If you are currently a patient and have provided your email address, you can now add the functions listed above.

Referring Physicians Access your patients records when you need to with your own username and password. Please call our office for further information.

Family Accounts Patients and their family members who share one email address may access the portal through this one login.
